Position Details:
1. Web Designer
Responsibilities:
– Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
– Collaborate with developers and clients to understand design requirements.
– Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Requirements:
– Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Adobe
– Strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
– Good communication skills.
2. Web Developer
Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain websites.
– Collaborate with designers to implement web designs.
– Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Requirements:
– Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Python and their framework.
– Experience with responsive design.

Business Development Manager (BDM) / Business Development Executive (BDE) (Male/Female)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
- Engage in email marketing, social media marketing, and LinkedIn marketing, cold calling to target foreign companies in the USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand & India
- Identify and contact companies that require web design & development, application development (Android & iOS), e-commerce store development, and digital marketing & SEO services.
- Generate leads and establish long-term client relationships.
- Contact companies abroad for hiring developers on a contract basis.
- Coordinate with team of developers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development and marketing.
- Strong understanding of IT services and products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
